Trays & Pans

Thermoformed trays, pans, drip pans, and containment vessels in commodity and engineering thermoplastics.

Built for the application

Trays and pans are one of the most common thermoformed parts we run — and one of the most varied. The same basic process makes dunnage trays for assembly lines, drip pans for HVAC and refrigeration, parts trays for medical sterilization, and large containment pans for industrial spills.

We size tooling to the part envelope and the volume — a small aluminum tool for production, a composite tool for short runs and prototypes — and pick the resin based on chemical, thermal, and mechanical requirements.
