End-to-end plastic fabrication

Most plastic parts aren't made in a single operation. A finished housing might start as a thermoformed shell, then get CNC-trimmed for cutouts, line-bent for a flange, welded to a bracket, and finished with inserts and pad-printed labels.

We do all of it under one roof — which means one quote, one lead time, one quality system, and one point of contact for the whole project. Whether you're building a single prototype, a short production run, or transferring a job from a different vendor, we'll work to your drawing and your schedule.

What we do in-house

Cutting & routing
CNC routers and saws for clean cuts on sheet, rod, tube, and formed parts.
Line & strip bending
Localized heat bending for boxes, trays, brackets, and small-radius geometry.
Plastic welding
Hot-air and extrusion welding for tanks, fittings, ductwork, and structural assemblies.
Assembly & inserts
Heat-stake and threaded-insert installation, mechanical fastening, full subassembly.
Bonding & laminating
Solvent and adhesive bonding for clear and opaque plastics.
Finishing
Polishing, flame polishing, screen printing, and pad printing to part-print spec.
