Precision plastic machining
When the part calls for tight tolerances, complex pocket geometry, or a material that doesn't form well, machining is the answer. We machine plastic stock — sheet, rod, and tube — in our mills, lathes, and CNC routers, with fixturing built to keep parts flat and dimensionally stable through the cut.
Send us a STEP, IGES, or PDF drawing and we'll quote off your file. If you only have a sample part to match, we'll reverse the geometry and quote from there.

Tolerances
±0.005" typical machined-feature tolerance; tighter on request.
Sizes
Small prismatic parts up to large machined sheet up to roughly 60" × 120".
Materials
Acetal/Delrin, UHMW, PEEK, PTFE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, PVC, ABS.
Operations
Mill, turn, router, drill, tap, bore, ream, thread; secondary deburr and polish.
File types
