CNC machining
Plastic doesn't machine like metal — feed rates, chip clearance, and fixturing all need to account for thermal expansion and the fact that the workpiece can deflect under cutting forces. Our machinists run plastic every day and build fixtures for it.

Plastic welding
For structural assemblies, chemical-resistant tanks, and ducts, plastic welding is the right join — stronger and more durable than adhesive bonds, and serviceable in the field. We weld polyolefins (HDPE, PP), PVC, PVDF, and other thermoplastics.
